All respondents can be confident that all their answers will be treated as confidential. Respondents' names and contact information will not be linked to their answers under any circumstances without the respondent's specific permission, nor will respondent names or contact information be passed on to third parties or used for any sales or marketing purposes. 

IROResearch adheres strictly to the codes and instructions of the European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR) and the Finnish Association of Market Research Agencies (FAMRA).
